  1. Coaching provides you an objective outside influence to use as a tool to successfully create the changes in your life that you want to see.  No matter what your progress in reaching your dream, I can help you move forward faster.  Don’t know what you want?  I can help you free your imagination and create opportunities.  A coach is on your side, reflecting, training, motivating, cheering.

  2. Manifestation Coaching starts from the foundation belief that you can actually create change.  It takes clarity, focus, and determination.  A simple three-step process that really works.  I can assist and guide you through techniques and approaches to achieve the results you seek.

  3. Coaching is not consulting.  A consultant is hired to provide answers and to tell you what you should do.  A personal coach focuses on helping you find the answer.  A coach doesn’t give you the answer.  A coach helps you identify all the choices.  A coach helps you decide how to choose.  But the choice is always yours.

  4. Coaching is not therapy.  Therapy or psychotherapy typically focuses on how you feel and why you feel that way.  Coaching focuses on what real world change you want to create and how to do that.

  5. Partly that depends on you and why you are interested in coaching.  Usually, first sessions include discussion about your current status and what you hope to achieve by working with a coach.  Depending on your needs, further sessions will include techniques, exercises, and assignments for you to complete, each designed to bring you closer to manifesting the dream you identify.

  6. Coaching can last as long as the game.  Since coaching is a highly individualized activity, you decide when it’s time to go it alone.  A coach can even help you achieve that confident independent status.  Most people need help for an immediate goal, and typically use about three months of coaching to achieve their results.  Others use a coach on a periodic basis like a trainer, correcting their form, refocusing their efforts, and giving their dream machine a general tune-up.  Part of the early process of personal coaching is determining what your goal is, and creating a plan to reach it.

  7. I will always maintain the privacy of my clients.  All good coaches do.  But you should know that under the law, your interactions with a personal coach are not considered confidential or privileged in any way.
